Ford is an excellent choice for captain. Actually feeling positive about Scotland's chances against England. The guys should still be smarting at their failing to put England and Argentina away... lots to prove and with Ross Ford leading from the front and hopefully with AR picking the right balance of experience and in form players Scotland can beat Enland and kick on for the season.

Good choice in the absence of Brown, good luck Ross.

Good for Ford, the Baby Faced Beast! I hope Scotland can really put together a nice run between now and the next Lions tour. I was bitterly disappointed to only hear 2 Scottish names the last time the squad was announced; even though a further 2 were added as injuries took their toll. I'm sticking to my prediction that Lawes and Gray are the locking partnership when it's time to front up against the Wallabies.
